Certified Zero Balancer, ZB Mentor in training, Certified Health Coach

I see myself first and foremost as a host, holding a calm center for guests to unfurl into themselves. I invite those I work with to respect the intelligence of their body and to listen inwardly to find their own path through the blizzard of information. It is only when we meet ourselves with curiosity, respect and kindness that the nervous system calms and we are free become who we truly are. That attitude is at the core of my work, whether coaching or on the bodywork table.

I've been practicing ZB and coaching since 2018, after more than 20 years as a teacher of contemporary dance. The materials are different, but the processes are the same: stay curious, look carefully and feel inside. I invite you to come explore with me.

Certified Zero Balancer, ZB Mentor in training

I have been working in the field of Zero Balancing (ZB) for 17 years. A lifelong interest in alternative medicine brought me initially to herbal medicine and homeopathy. I received training in a variety of energetic modalities, including Healing Touch (Colorado Nurses Association), Reiki (Master), and Stillpoint School (with Meredith Young Sowers), while managing naturopathic offices for 18 years kept me connected with growing-edge medicine. Learning and practicing Zero Balancing reinforced my energetic approach by including the physicality of the body. I bring these diverse perspectives on health to every interaction I have with clients.

Many people first come to ZB to address a physical complaint. Very soon, they discover that resolution of pain is only one of the benefits that they receive on the table. When they respect and engage the potential of the total being, they reawaken their own natural healing capacities. That said, I very much support a collaborative approach to health. I appreciate the client who acknowledges the wisdom and efficacy of both traditional and complementary medicine, and chooses to be consciously proactive in their own healing. The combined effect of Zero Balancing, a positive mindset, and belief in one’s own ability to heal can lead to astounding shifts.
